Press and hold the scan button, and place it near the radio you want to scan, upon radio transmission, UV-5RM Plus will display the frequency(±2.5 PPM), CTCSS or DCS tones, or ‘NONE’ if CTCSS or DCS is absent.
Equipped with a Type-C charging port, this radio can be recharged from anywhere and anytime using various power sources such as a wall socket, power bank, car charger, or laptop, ensuring continuous communication.
With the NOAA weather band scan and reception function, you can keep yourself safe during severe weather by receiving emergency alerts for hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and other hazards.
